Aesthetic recommendation: Prints in the sand

After seeing the swirls in the sand in this piece of art for the game, http://static.trueachievements.com/customimages/038557.jpg (I know it's not actually art by the way, but from what we've seen so far it could be argued that the environment of the game itself is art,) it made me think of how it w...

Re: Guidelines

Well yeah, I mean.... So do I, but.... Well, they're a game company. A rather unorthodox one, I'll give them that, but it just seems...weird that they would appoint fans to help run their own site. Not that I care, or am against it. Just feels awkward, I suppose. Though sometimes awkward can be good...

Re: Guidelines

Hmmm aren't you going to need moderators that are not part of your team since you can't really have your team working on Project Ukulele and the Forum at the same time? I really don't think they're about to start giving random fans moderator permissions, smooth guy. Anyway yeah happy to have the ir...

Re: Should this game involve flight?

Holding R makes you turn much more precisely when underwater and in the air. It makes everything so much better in fact, that if Rare had actually told you about it in-game, not a single person would have ever complained about wonky swimming or flying controls. Not. A single. One. The point here is ...

Re: Favorite musics from Rare games

As if I could ever actually pick favorite music.. I like a lot of the obscure B-K tracks for some reason. Cauldron Keep, Inside Clanker, Bottles' Puzzle Challenge, Twinklie's Journey.... Terrydactyland also grew on me and I've always liked Bubblegloop Swamp. I also like Cloud Cuckooland, but I think...

I love how on that link all the games just get sadder and sadder as you scroll down the page.

Re: JonTron in Project Ukelele

Whatever it is it should be a bird.... Hey, it's a tropical setting, why not a parrot? That's kinda his shtick.

Although he will forever be a penguin to me.

Re: Who is this character?

Well, a lot of people have said that it might be a lizard or a frog, (I was hoping for something mammalian and adorable, but oh well,) and Platonic said that unveiling their characters now would reveal too much of the gameplay, so.... If it's a frog, we'll undoubtedly see use of that tongue, and tha...

I think the board will get smaller in size soon and then gradually get larger over time.

Re: Suggestion: Create another board index

As long as there aren't any forums for Nintendo or their past games. (They could of course, they just aren't legally affiliated with them and it would seem a bit iffy.)

Suggestion: Create another board index

Pretty crowded in here at the moment. I don't think anyone was expecting this. I think you guys should have another board index category. As in, right now it's just, "Project Ukulele," but that's turned out to be too broad a discussion topic in scope. How about several forums with sub-cate...

Re: Forum Issue: Fix the Avatar size limit

If I'm having trouble keeping up with the posts, (Over a hundred in one hour!) then I can't imagine that the Playtonic crew isn't feeling overwhelmed right now. In other words, this ain't important enough to deal with. :p Besides, most people aren't even using avatars, and that's not really somethin...

Re: Will a goldfish tap the side of his bowl three times?

I'm pretty sure that they could just use Roysten and Microsoft wouldn't care or even notice. He could be a boss battle and they wouldn't notice.

...Actually yeah. Do that.

Re: ...What the heck are 'Pagies'?

Yeah I thought about Cheato Pages too, but.... I dunno I don't think it makes any sense, storywise. I don't see the connection. Besides, it just seems too obvious. :p

If the plural for Jiggy is Jiggies, then what's the singular for Pagies? Pagie?

Re: Should Project Ukulele have vehicles?

I'm gonna go ahead and use my status of someone who played, completed and thoroughly enjoyed Nuts and Bolts to say: No, vehicles wouldn't be a good idea. Look, as much as I loved NaB for what it was, and that I think it was legitimately creative and awesome and horribly under-appreciated, people are...

...What the heck are 'Pagies'?

For the life of me I can't figure it out. Alright, so Pagies are Ukulele's new Jigsaw Pieces, but what, exactly, are they? Because y'know there are only two words in the entirety of the English language that seem like they could fit, and unless our dynamic duo is getting sent out into the world to c...
