Slightly ironic because Yooka is already red + green! They are complimentary colours.

I was thinking Kazooie Red, as opposed to the tones already used.

Re: Should Yooka Get Red Short? Christmas Colors

That's a no from me. It'd be rather garish at the very least and I don't think it suits the style Playtonic are aiming for.

Plus red + green = eww

I would love that ^

However, as another goal I'd love something nice and simple like signed N64 cartridges :)

(Or an outlandish and unlikely request of a functional N64 version x3)

Re: Most favorite world from BK and Tooie, and most wanted themed world in Project Ukulele?

I've got to say that one of my favourite worlds in BT was Witchyworld, but the world I'd love to see most of all in a future title, or even a similar idea, would need to be Treasure Trove Cove. Such a wide area with so many potential deathtraps, and a huge flying area to mess around in whether you'r...

Re: Regarding Forum Font

If size is the only issue here, there's a button to rescale text in the top right of the site, just above the logout button. :) Nope, that's not the issue, it's big enough to read, but the text looks horrendous on my monitors and the characters are too narrow for me to see, even scaled up. (And whe...

Re: Regarding Forum Font

I have to be honest. I've been using this forum a tad less lately because it hurts my eyes to view it for extended periods of time.

If I could use it without needing glasses that'd be just lovely :D

I figured that would be what was originally intended.

Still exciting to know that there's a possibility of that maybe happening :P

I've no idea, this round's too hard,
I'll just go and play in the yard.

Re: What do you think will be the price of the game?

My guess would vary on the result of the kickstarter and the platform of release. If it's Steam only I'd say anything up to £20, but if it were to reach PS4/XBOne, then £49 isn't all that unlikely depending on how good the game is in the end. Though a £34.99 price point would be more likely at launch.

I have never looked at grunty and thought "mmmh".

Unless Grunty is starring as herself (Which she almost certainly won't sadly), I'd rather she stayed as is to stop me having weird confused thoughts.

Glasgow, Scotland \o/

The benefit of that being that if you go virtually anywhere it's always comparatively tropical :P

The acronym for Project Ukulele is PU... now say how it looks x3 sorry... I'll go to bed now x3 As much as I agree you're drunk :P, it does raise an interesting question of how it'll go when we currently refer to BK, BT, DKC etc in that way. "What's your thoughts on the latest PU reveal"?

Re: Forum Suggestion - Hidden Popular Ideas?

Pretty sure there's a plugin for this forum software that allows that so it wouldn't be too hard to add. It'd probably end up being used as a bog standard Kudos system but there's still no harm in that :)

Re: Conker’s Big Reunion coming to Project Spark April 23rd

Really not holding my breath or anything, but hey at least this is something in a positive light right? They're using Project Spark to make Conker and to sell Project Spark. I guess I can get behind that. It's the first use of Spark I've actually liked the sound of. Hopefully the game will be reaso...

Re: 60 fps

I'm happy sacrificing frame rate for visual prettiness. The old 50Hz flickers screens did the job at the time but a 30fps will suffice for me in an indie project, though 1080 is a must.

Re: Characters should age over time

Ageing in games doesn't have to work like it does in real life remember. If you want to age characters to make the plot of the game more plausible, you can. If not for the next 10 years, you don't have to. Banjo & Kazooie aged two years between games. If they were to appear in another game they'...

Re: Thoughts on DLC

For the record, I think DLC is something the Playtonic guys would consider. I remember hearing rumours that they wanted DLC in Banjo-Kazooie on the Xbox; one idea was a giant termite bursting out of Ticker's Tower and starting a boss fight*. *I might have dreamt this... Sounds like an interesting d...
