Re: [Bug] Two potential bugs found in Glitterglaze Glacier

1.) This happened to me in the "Gloomy Gem Grotto" in World 2. There are some crystals next to the second glowberry bush that have some weird collision detection. The probability of a player trying to jump on them is actually pretty high, so there should be a fix for this in the future.

Does this link work for you? That's where my Steam code and the download links for my additional rewards will be located once they're published.

Re: will backers get the game slightly early?

Source? "Although we can’t offer exact delivery dates, backers should receive their items from April 5 onwards, depending on territory." (http://www.playtonicgames.com/a-thank-you) This only applies to physical game deliveries, though. The digital codes will be sent out this week as well....

Re: Asking about early digital copies for backers...

A day before isn't all great though considering how unreliable emails are, especially spam folders. I'm pretty sure the codes are going to be released on our personal Backerkit pages. Just visit your Backerkit page on April 10th and press F5 all day until something happens (instead of waiting for a...

Re: New soundtrack snippets!

I'm a bit worried about what happened to the "GK Rap". The only track name that could be associated with this song is "Main Theme". I was actually hoping for an instrumental ukulele-based main theme similar to Banjo-Kazooie, whereas the "GK Rap" plays during the game's ...

Re: Reminder that there are going to be over 73,000 names in the credits

I made this poll a year ago when the backerkit survey was published:
viewtopic.php?t=4269

It looks like pink-colored names are going to be very rare in the game's credits.

Re: NEW TRAILER - Gamescom 2016

The "giant fart bubble" mentioned on the Kickstarter page DID make it into the game. I'm not sure what to think about this....

The beginning of this trailer's music theme sounds very similar to "Gruntilda's lair". Could this possibly be (one variation of) the overworld theme?

Re: Hat in Time doesn't feel as nice as the Toybox

I personally like the controls of the AHiT Beta more than the ones in the Toybox. The camera movement in AHiT feels much better and more natural than the one in the Toybox, and the dive jump gives the player more air control. I've seen lots of people on Youtube who had a hard time finishing Chapter ...

Re: Toybox feedback & discussion thread (SPOILERS)

Okay, now that I found everything in the Toybox, I'll write down my thoughts: I really enjoyed playing the Toybox. The animations and the controls feel pretty polished, so I guess there won't be any major changes until the final game releases. The level design was pretty neat, and you really need to...

Re: Incoming updates and reveals from Playtonic

Well I wouldn't call A Hat in Time a failure yet. That beta was awesome and clearly showed that they put love and ambition in this project. Given they "only" got 300.000, development might been slowed down since these guys can't quit their day jobs. I enjoy visiting the developers' social...

Re: Incoming updates and reveals from Playtonic

I'm trying to figure out what's in the reflection of the new logo. Rare's old logo just had clouds in the reflection, but this doesn't look like that. More of a curiosity from me than any actual speculation though. It's definitely not anything important, could just be some corner of their office th...

Not sure... The Kickstarter failed but did they really cancel the game?

They didn't cancel the game. Quite the contrary, they recently released it on Steam and Wii U! :)

One thread is not enough. We need at least two of them. Or three. Or 20... the more, the better!
