Is this all were going to get from playtonics this e3?

Majority of us have had the game ages and couldn't care less about this.

I wonder if the physical Switch version will have the upcoming DLC included on the cart?

I actually was waiting for this to happen (and it was the main reason I was watching Limited Run Games' E3 presentation yesterday). As a day 1 Kickstarter backer I own the physical PC version (which I beat in April 2017) and also received a digital download code for the Switch version. But I gave it away to a friend since I wasn't interested in having it digital-only. I'm happy to pre-order this asap and finally play this again - but this time on a Nintendo console where it belongs and including the many updates that were released since my last playthrough. :)

Here's the original announcement which was broadcasted yesterday on Twitch:

(Since everyone is using my thread which was actually 2 minutes late, maybe someone could merge both threads?)

Maybe they'll release some kind of physical "Ultimate Edition" a few years down the line when all patches and DLC have been finished? (WayForward did that for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero)
I wouldn't expect any differences for the "Limited Run" version, though.

It's been over 2 months since they said soon. Im beginning to feel a very strong disliking (i won't say hate yet) towards playtonics use of the word soon. It's pretty much a lie.

Their wording in the latest update definitely suggested that there’s “several news”, didn’t it? So this can’t be it if they’re serious about it...

They just announced on Twitter that the Japanese version of the game is releasing in the eShop today, so that's at least two brief bits of news recently.
