I'm playing on windows 10 via steam and, no matter what I use for input (PS3 controller or keyboard), I seem to have most of a second's delay on anything I do, making precise platforming impossible. I can't even traverse what I assume is the hubworld far enough to get the first move.
Any ideas as to what's going on? This happens even if I close everything else and restart my machine. Please help.
