Re: Dr. Puzz and Dr. Quack

I really don't like Dr. Puzz's design. At all really. I love Dr. Quack though. I just hope they go the extra mile and give him multiple different exo-suits.

Re: Your Year In Gaming

My gaming year has been very active, namely because of Wii U and retro games. I plan on getting a PS4 soon. I would love to get an Xbox one as well down the road, but Rare Replay and Halo are honestly the only games that interest me. Anyway, some of the new games I've played this year include Super ...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

(quadruple post) I appreciate your enthusiasm for this Mario Maker topic, but please try to avoid posting more than once in a row. In future, edit your last post with the additional information you want to add -- things stay neater that way! :) Sure thing! I must apologize, I'm not used to being a ...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

Already have my seventh level up (I really need to slow down until I get more stars...). I hope you guys will appreciate this one. It's simply titled "Banjo-Kazooie Inspiration." Three guesses what it is. The ID is 7C63-0000-0040-89A7. Can you get a video up? I'm going to be uploading vid...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

Going kind of crazy with this game today, I now have a fourth level up. It's called "Bowser Jr's Wild Ride" and it's basically just a quick, easy, "keep running" kind of level. ID is E32C-0000-0034-1DF4.

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

Just uploaded my third level, titled "Showdown in the Clouds." It's basically a series of boss fights.

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

The ID for my second Mario Maker course, "Mega Man on a Mission" is 2C78-0000-0031-45D4. It's basically a series of jumps onto singular blocks (inspired by the disappearing blocks sections from the Mega Man series) but there are a couple of breaks into tighter corridors with enemies. Hope ...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

I've only uploaded one course so far. It's titled "Great Scarier Reef." The ID number is F27B-0000-001C-C0D7. Let me know what you think...should you play it, that is.

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

Well, Super Mario Maker has been out a day and I spent an obscene amount of hours of that day on the game. It's rare that I'm able to (or want) to spend so many hours on a game on the first day, but I'm loving every minute of it. Not all the levels I've played have been great, but that's expected. T...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

It also kind of baffles me how people on a site for a game like Yooka-Laylee wouldn't like the Mario IP, considering it's basically the source where Rare got all their ideas for Banjo and the like. Okay, so there are two reasons I hate Mario. 1. I feel like Nintendo puts way, way too much emphasis ...

Re: Honest Trailer about Banjo-Kazooie and Yooka-Laylee

I find all honest trailers, whether they be for movies or games, to be unfunny, distasteful and self-aggrandizing on the parts of their creators. Just another means for silly nerds to try to belittle genuinely creative people and what they create just to feel some sense of importance. There's no rea...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

I honestly don't see how people would find it would fizzle out quickly. So long as there are creative people playing it it will always have great, new content. I'd certainly prefer a Mario level editor than a certain franchise-killing vehicle editor, that's for sure. It also kind of baffles me how p...

Re: [Wii U] Super Mario Maker

I honestly haven't been this excited for a video game in a very, very long time. I always dreamed of making my own Mario games as a kid, and Super Mario Maker is as close as I'll probably get.

I hope we can share some awesome stages.
