Re: Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

loved the game. almost cried when son deleted save game. haha reason to redo all the levels. at time it reminded me of playing alien 8 on my spectrum. except with way more yelling at the tv. Did the line "thomas you dirty cheating %$£"*$% stop crashing into me" appear as much as it d...

Re: Unity for the New 3DS/Yooka-Laylee 3D

I'm just hoping the 3ds does not get a "port" like every bad sonic game and crash and spyro, and I could go on but you get the point, I hate those poor controls, sub par aesthetic games.

Re: Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

Aye, it would be great to get another like nuts and bolts.
that robot game on steam is close but I don't like the controls and the fact you cant actually get out of the vehicles.

Re: Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

Back in 2010 to 2012ish the banjo kazooie forums were the greatest place for anybody playing the game. We created so many things that nobody could have thought existed. To name a few: WALKING MECHS, Actual walking mechs none of this balloon and floaty leg job. - Broprincess Helicopters without engi...

Re: Lupo's Boiling Boiler Blast

I guess I'll try to not to commit a crime, when I try to speak in rhyme. Tick tock goes the clock, it counts away the seconds. Ever more the beat goes on, as time slowly beckons. I am summoned to be from a place so red, but be careful with me, or else you will be dead. Because I am hazardous to your...

Re: Lupo's Boiling Boiler Blast

Here's a foe that's underrated, Never named and but once stated, One I've yet to mechanise But soon I'll make this the next prize. Elementary, my friend, This, the cycle without end, Everpresent in the land With skills to help with it in hand. Once it spoke to warn the fools Who dared defy its endl...

Re: How big do you want the worlds to be???

It would be great if "pagies" expanded the world downward, imagine a big book, and each pagie is 1/5 of a "new area" that expands downwards and the villain of the story (mini boss per level) is at the back of the book, you expand the book downward creeping ever closer to his lair...

Hardcore Mode?

So is it possible to have a mode where if there is lives introduced the ability to rely on them, if you run out of them, you have to restart the whole game. Evil I know, but that constant challenge is what was missing from banjo kazooie and tooie and all games with lives in general. there is no risk...

Re: Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

I'm almost always willing to take a chance on a vehicle game. While the genre giants F-Zero, Star Fox and Mario Kart often hog the spotlight there are, as with every genre, a few hidden gems just waiting to become cult classics, just look as SEGA All-Stars Racing. The question is, does Banjo-Kazooi...

Re: Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

Well, I left this for a couple of weeks and What a response I got from two users, glad Scrubber enjoyed it, I spent so much time on it, I'm glad that I am not the only the one who enjoyed it here. It's usually just a vocal minority that speaks out against N&B. That's true I guess. Jontron did n...

Not quite Playtonic, but Banjo N&B anyone?

I know the reason alot of people love playtonic making a new game is because BK N&B was not what they were expecting from Rare... BUT I believe it was still a decent game and I spent many hours with it, was I alone or is there anyone else here from the banjo kazooie forums from around 2007 - 201...
