Re: Rolling on water?

Maybe you already have, but have you looked into getting an Xbox 360 controller? It works actually really well with N64 controls. I've also seen USB GameCube controllers available, through I couldn't tell you how well they work. I looked into using a wired Xbox controller, but you need to do someth...

Re: Rolling on water?

Here's a walkthrough video showing the Turbo Talon Trot on water in action, watch for about 30 seconds: https://youtu.be/dbY2EFPOgZ4?t=14m18s That seems kinda similar to what I thought of. Re: Rolling on water?

Another drawback I've not seen addressed would be the inability to pass through that tunnel without sinking first. Yeah, obviously this could only work on the surface. You wouldn't be able to go underwater with it, just over the surface- but being able to do some kind of dive move out of it to turn...

Re: Toybox feedback/suggestions

I also noticed if you high jumped (jump while crouching)while running, you kept a little momentum, which could carry you off edges. You'd still do your high jump but while falling, which let you catch yourself- or just meant a longer fall to your death. Not sure how I feel about it but it's a defini...

Rolling on water?

Okay, this is a gameplay mechanic/ability suggestion that may require some changes to level design(mostly water levels as you may guess) and such IF (now isn't that a big if?) it were to be implemented. Now the idea is simple, and inspired by what I assume to be a graphical glitch that I encountered...
