Re: Early reviews

The more reviews I see, the less I become concerned. Out of at least 20 reviews only 4 are bad/scorching. And 1 is Jim Sterling, so I don't think that counts. :D

Re: Early reviews

For every bad review, I find a good one, so that's something. This game genuinely aims at Banjo fans.

Update 4/4

So, Andy just mentioned on Twitter that an update is coming tomorrow...

What do you guys think will be announced?

EDIT: Update may be minor, FB group may have been a bit overexcited...

Re: (Neogaf) Jim Sterling, Laura Kate Dale: Warning to Yooka-Laylee Pre-Orderers

I never understood why anyone liked a reviewer who prides himself on using neo-Nazi imagery but... regarding Jim and any/all of his reviews I only have one thought. I can't type it here because this is a family forum but it rhymes with "go duck yourself Jim". Plus wasn't this game just at...

Re: Thank you Playtonic

Yes, agree with everything said above... except the one negative, disgruntled and sinister comment that keeps popping up in every topic!! 'negative, disgruntled and sinister'? I understand that people who can play it in 1,5 weeks are thankful. Sure! Sadly that's not the case for me, so I fin...

I don't think the video is from the gold version of the game, but I could be wrong.

Re: KickStarter Wii-U Backer

I'd say go for PC version, as PC is what YL was initially built on, so it'll probably run the best.

Absolutely yes. Been out forever now, let everyone try it out. Hell, if a Wii U one exists, let that be playable too!

Working in video game retail, yes, I would recommend Xbox One as the cheapest option to play Y-L.

Re: Making the Switch

Serious question: Is there anything that Playtonic can do wrong in your eyes? I'm gone for today. I can't handle all these overly positive comments on this CLEARLY negative news! Yes, there's quite a bit they can do wrong, and DID do wrong as far as the late Wii U announcement, but I would rather h...

Re: Making the Switch

They should just make the toy box open access now. I put in my donation specifically for the advanced toy box and played it a few times, and it's fine, but I don't think it needs to be closed access anymore. I couldn't agree more with this. The open access part, I mean. So YOU PAY for something and...

Re: Tinfoil Hat Time

If the Switch is similar to develop for as other current gen consoles, I could possibly see a quicker turnaround, as the game's creation is done for every other system.

It's a bit later than I thought, but that gives me time to play other games/get burned out on Overwatch.
