Re: Questions regarding a port for the Nintendo 3DS

Nope. If at all it'd be made for the 3DS' successor [which Japan will probably get next year]. But, imho, the 3D Platformer genre doesn't really 'fit' on a handheld. Why would they release a new console less than a year after announcing it and only a year after the N3DS? The N3DS is nothing but a s...

Re: Kickstarter demographic issue: kids don't go to kickstar

Not at all necessary. Grownups are the ones with cash to spare, not kids. Besides, the Kickstarter total is gonna be smashed very early on anyway.

Re: Gruntilda's Lair equivalent?

Watching today's presentation now and indeed they confirm a hub world in the vein of Grunty's Lair! Great news for fans of this thread, in other words. That is great news, now what kind of place will it be? A cave, a hollow tree, stone ruins? Looks like a series of floating islands: I got huge Soni...

Re: A hat in time (Hat kid?) cameo?

I would rather they not. They're already building a big universe, and to be honest A Hat in Time is nothing like Banjo Kazooie. I know AHIT is trying to ride Banjo's coat-tails but they've missed everything that made Banjo be Banjo. It's rather slimy [imho] that despite using such nostalgia to get ...

Re: So, it gets on Wii U. Which controller?

GamePad for me, if only for streamlining the UI from the TV [and maybe Off-TV Play for those that use it, though that's not myself].

Wii U + Amiibo supporter here. The former not being a Day 1 release would be a HUGE shame.

Re: If there's a beta (Early Access), would you play it?

Not sure. I'm new to Steam and haven't tried any beta out [in general], but I feel it'd spoil some of the surprise. :| Plus the game could change a fair bit once it's actually released.

Also it'd [likely] be bug central...

Re: Nintendo should REALLY think about locking this project

I think from Nintendo's perspective, it'd be really smart to get behind this project and make it an exclusive to their platforms. For Playtonic themselves, though, that really limits the amount of people who can play their game, which wouldn't be great. This. I'm a big Nintendo fan and want the Wii...

Without a doubt, yes! [How else will we be getting up to those floating isles in the concept world screenshots, for one?]

Re: Amiibo!!! OH MY GOSH !

If they make an amiibo of this duo, I'm placing them right next to my Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong amiibos :D This. As for what they could do, adding cosmetic touches to the characters [DK, Mario etc. themed hats / costumes] would be more than enough methinks. ... Tbh, hearing possible Amiibo support...

Re: KickStarter

One important point still needs to be addressed as far as this aspect of the campaign. It can be addressed as late as the actual Kickstarter page going up, but the question will be raised now: If this team is set to produce the game, regardless of the Kickstarter's performance, then what is the poi...

Re: What in the world are "Pagies"?

Maybe you need a certain amount of "pagies" to complete a song. and by playing that song you open doors or "Expand" the worlds. I'm just hopping the the minor collectibles like the notes in B-K have a nice feeling too because I loved collecting those and their sound. Agreed. I'd...

Re: What platform(s) do you want to see Project Ukulele on?

I'd like to see it on Wii U first [other platforms later], personally!

At the very least a Day 1 release for all of them [no screwing over the Nintendo fan with a late, barebones and marketless port].
