Pretty sure, based on the Kickstarter, it's basically a USB drive that LOOKS like an N64 cartridge, and has the game on it.

The game would by no means be able to run on an N64 due to hardware limitations. You would plug it into your PC and play it from your faux N64 cartridge.

Honestly, it's a good thing I don't have life savings. Had I access to the money, I would have absolutely blown it on the opportunity to voice a garbledeegook character. :oops:
