Re: Sonar and camouflage?

A chameleon is able to climb straight vertical slopes right? (checked youtube, they can climb trees) (*checks video where chameleon fails to climb a mirror) no they cannot... bummer. Anyway! I really hope they will introduce the suction boots idea in a proper way, not just to climb a pre-determined ...

Re: Replay Value -- Ideas?

Re: No blob shadows? 3D platforming needs them.

Now I wonder... I played mario 64 to death, but never realy noticed the blob shadow until now. Soooo, is it something that works on an unconscious level or what? I think as long as the controls are responsive I can enjoy a good jumping challenge. eventually I believe you will get accustomed to the c...

Re: Yooka needs some clothes

I believe I really like these characters the way they are now, I had to get used to Laylee's nose but after a few days I already became accustomed to these characters the way they are now. Adding in a lot of personality is what will let these characters live! Somehow Yooka makes me think back to 'Ge...

Re: Dynamic Level Ideas

Ah, I see that my post from another topic fits better in this one. Well, I'll just post it here too: while passing through the jungle you will eventually find 2 giant stone slabs that bar your way. these slabs have a strange feature, it seems like there is some kind of broken visible contraption/mec...

Re: One multi-themed expanding world

Hmmm... The jungle world can lead to a crag landscape, eventually reaching to a volcano which you can reach the summit of through caverns in the mountain. The caverns reach a fork in the road. one going up, one going down. Up will bring you to the volcano, down wil lead you to a long forgotten froze...

Re: Invent a new stop 'n swop, let's get creative!

Well, I just came up with some strange ideas. Totally Rare style. Imagine an NPC that has something in the shape of a tail, attached to that tail is a special key that you are able to see which opens a secret doorway that you know of. Thing is... This npc will always face you, no matter how you try ...

Re: BE IN THE GAME Reward Confusion?!?!?!?

So for the 10 or so people (who pledged money for the Kickstarter) who will voice a character in the game, how will go about being trained by Chris Sutherland? Will it be via internet connection or will we have to personally fly over to the UK to be trained by Chris? Anyone know? I pledged over $5,...

Re: Well hidden secrets

Since Playtonic said there would be secrets in Project Ukulele that would take us months, or even years to find. I would like it that they take a example in: Batman Arkham Asylum . There was a secret in that game so well hidden, that nobody found it and the developers had to reveal it to let people...

Re: Please layer in secrets.

What made banjo-kazooie and banjo-tooie stand out for me was the way the secrets kept lingering on in my mind for months, without the internet providing any answers whatsoever to the mysteries. ...probably because most of the secrets were never fully implemented (stop 'n swop) but yet... They conti...
