Amiibos are perfect. They're a non-essential extra.

Wii U is the home for this kind of game. Whether or not it's the leader in console sales is entirely irrelevant. Its the kinds of gamers that game on which consoles that's important here.

Make it happen Playtonic. Also maybe a stretch goal on said Wii U version could be a cameo appearance of Donkey Kong? It would be great if the Wii U version could somehow interact with DK and Diddy. Maybe their Amiibos could unlock them as characters in a minigame or multiplayer game or something (...

Not many games have replay value after you complete them. I'd rather they focus on making a game as good as Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie that has replay value in the sense that I could play it over and over again for years.

I would buy this on both Wii U and 3DS, and would buy any Amiibo they make.

I will buy this on the Wii U, I'd also like to have it on my PS4. I don't think you have to worry about any of that. Especially 1 and 3.

It's likely to just have between 6-10 expansive levels like BK, rather than dozens of smaller levels like the Mario games.

Wii U for sure, and I'd buy it on 3DS if they released it too, but only if it wasn't a bastardised version of the console version.

I agree with many of you that having the game on just the Wii U might not be the best idea. While Rare's old games had a great home on Nintendo consoles, the Wii U's install base might not be enough to get Playtonic's games the attention they'll likely deserve.
