Re: Invulnerability? Is it still relevant?

To me it seems more like a rapid attack that's only used when there's so much attacking needed to be involved.

Re: What's the perfect balance of collectables?

Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts is a pretty good example of how to NOT have collecting games be designed. Instead they put notes in every high place and every landmark possible and perfectly symmetrical and stuff. It was more of an easter egg hunt than it was an actual platformer like Banjo Kazooie.

Re: Quirky Characters?

To me I feel it would be best to have someone who questions everything to add to the plot and as well make that animal/whatever also the funny one. Questioning really advances the plot and it just takes one of those characters to really kickstart a plot.

Re: Voice Mumbling

Old is best. Nuts and Bolt's mumbling is just really ignoreable and just skip skip because nothing important is ever talked about and not really that funny.

Re: Type of Humour

I'd love to see some dry humor type stuff that only some people who are a bit educated would know. That stuff always cracks me up much more than some silly googley eyes fart joke. Not that that is bad or anything. Are you suggesting that the Playtonic team have a history of filling their games with...

Re: Guidelines

Do you lads reckon bullying others into silence is really appropriate? If someone is keen, they should speak up in public that's how people get elected in 'the real world'. I put my hand up to show willingness but not obsessive eagerness, and I'm not going to be lectured by random strangers what I ...

I honestly wouldn't. I'll wait till the game is on PC or Wii U then download it and keep all the surprises to myself.

I pledge my acknowledgement. I don't have money, but I think dedicating time is much more important because time is worth a lot more than money.

Re: Hardest Level/Task of platformers you've played?

The hardest boss in a game I've fought was Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat 9 the final boss. That was absolutely insanely hard.

I do however like Rusty Bucket Bay's platforming as it gives me quite a nice challenge.

Re: About Amiibos

How would they even be able to do that? If it's on multiple platforms, I don't know if Nintendo would allow them to have amiibo support... Also there haven't been any amiibos of characters that aren't in a Nintendo owned game. I'd selfishly love for them to make amiibo so I can collect them, but I ...

Hmmm aren't you going to need moderators that are not part of your team since you can't really have your team working on Project Ukulele and the Forum at the same time? I really don't think they're about to start giving random fans moderator permissions, smooth guy. Anyway yeah happy to have the ir...

Re: What country are you lot from

I never understood why people move to Florida. It's really humid there and the wildlife is quite dangerous. Also it's one of the weirdest/craziest states. Then you go to Australia and everything wants to kill you. Then you realize anyplace that isn't NA/EU is a horrible horrible place to live. Well...

Re: JonTron in Project Ukelele

I didn't think his voice in AHIT sounded that bad. At least not in the lines he has here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5LLx3xsZko Maybe he has other lines in a later part that are worse, but here he just sounds like a typical NPC voice. I definitely agree. It's his voice that really makes us la...

Re: Should this game involve flight?

Honestly I kinda found it a little tedious and a bit annoying as it kinda ruined the platforming experience. I really loved the platforming parts of Banjo Kazooie and some levels like Rusty Bucket Bay were just absolutely fun to play especially that inside of the ships part of the level. It kinda to...

I give Playtonic Games full 100% approval to use the ideas in any form and capacity and will not seek reimbursement in any form. I will not and do not seek to hold rights to the above ideas. Well if you're using their forum to talk about this stuff it is technically legal for them just to take and ...
