Re: JonTron in Project Ukelele

I prefer him to have a voice in the game. His hilarity and humor would fit directly within the game. Of course he is probably only great for the mumbling which would fit him very well as I don't see him doing a full voice considering he is extremely mature-like when he is. Which would ruin an ESRB R...

Re: Things that you DO NOT want in this game.

Not a one single bad-decent water level. I really didn't like the swimming parts of Clanker's Caverns as they were just monotonous and tedious with no real satisfying value to it. Jolly Roger's lagoon looked nice, but just cupcake that water level's tedious stuff. I hate Jolly Roger's water gameplay...

Re: Please share this

I watched about half of the first video but wasn't really paying attention and can't remember anything he said. What was all this shenanigans about, again? Some Gaming Network (examples of these are Broadband, Polaris etc.) was treating its youtubers like poo-poo and wouldn't let people leave. Pret...

Re: We did INDEED see both heroes!

Remember people. Someday. Sometime. both of these characters may be in a Smash Bros Game as a duo like Duck Hunt. Maybe, but just one day. These will be the faces that will be in many games and will set the picture of a return for 3d platforming and really just set the new standard for a new era of ...

Re: Should Project Ukulele have vehicles?

Also a bit off-topic here. How many people have even see the Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts credits that you can select for the menu? Just a little funny dry humored stuff about how they don't want to say anything bad about microsoft. Or how they really just admitted that they said replace abilities w...

Re: Thanks Playtonic and Hello!

It makes me glad a bunch of ex-rare developers and grant kirkhope can get together and work on a game really without wage or anything. Maybe the kickstarter will cover other stuff for other people, but this is really a team of people who care more for the gameplay, experience and mostly the fans tha...

Re: ...What the heck are 'Pagies'?

For the life of me I can't figure it out. Alright, so Pagies are Ukulele's new Jigsaw Pieces, but what, exactly, are they? Because y'know there are only two words in the entirety of the English language that seem like they could fit, and unless our dynamic duo is getting sent out into the world to ...

Re: What platform(s) do you want to see Project Ukulele on?

Wii U console exclusive . You should focus on 1 platform to deliver the most polished experience possible. Maybe PC later. Also, this should be a home console game, not a handheld game, so please don't release it on 3DS. This is clearly a game for old Nintendo/Rare fans and people who like Nintendo...

Re: Voice acting?

Gibberish FTW. Maybe a feature or something for full sentences an on/off switch for people or something just as a secret feature just to add 10 hours of replay value of beating the game again? That wouldn't be a bad idea.

Re: Your Favorite Rare Games

I personally loved Nuts and Bolts. One thing that Nuts and Bolts had over any other rare game was replay value. To me trying to make a vehicle with stealth-like design as close as I can to a F-22 Raptor or a T-50 was one of the things I loved the most. Even though it honestly wasn't a sequel worth ...

Re: Online Multiplayer?

Looking back at past rare games it seems like LITERALLY every single one of them has multiplayer that are implemented at the last minute most notably the James bond multiplayer that set a good standard at the time with FPS. So I think that there will be mutliplayer in this game, but the big question...

Re: About Amiibos

I noticed that Platonic Games thinks that it would be cool to add amiibos to Project Ukulele. It would be cool, but i don't really like the idea. If I understand amiibos correctly, then they are some figures that can unlock excusive items in a game. I don't know if i am the only one, but isn't that...

Re: Forum Issue: Fix the Avatar size limit

I feel a little silly making this my first thread, but would it be too much to bump the size limit up on avatars from 6 KiB to something a bit higher? Also, when will the forums get organized into sub sections? Feels a bit cluttered now having everything in one section. Enjoy this forum in its infa...

Re: What platform(s) do you want to see Project Ukulele on?

I'd prefer it best if it was a Nintendo Exclusive, but I don't see it being that hard to port it for the Xbox One since a lot of these people were once employees of Microsoft and some projects like Rivals of Aether have found it easy and have had experience with this stuff to port PC Games to the Xb...

Re: Should Project Ukulele have vehicles?

I'd like to drive and make my own vehicle in a big ass world and absolutely have fun maybe as a secret feature for finishing the game because Nutty Acres is too small for fast 100 mph+ jets. But I don't think that is going to happen. Also cupcake that trolley. That thing is slow and can't fly. Also ...

Re: Online Multiplayer?

I had absolutely no idea that Banjo Tooie even had multiplayer. My mind has been blown as much as it was when I learned you could play the duck in Duck Hunt. Ooops didn't mean to do that to you. But lots of people played the story mode and never really explored outside those realms, but Tooie's mul...
