Re: Project Ukulele Console-Exclusives?

I'm still surprised at how some can say no to this. I feel it's effectively the same as saying they don't care at all for banjo/Kazooie and/or donkey/Diddy kong. Even if you don't have access to all consoles surely seeing a long existing character appear on no matter the platform you purchased it f...

Re: ONE MORE WEEK UNTIL PLAYTONIC'S BIG REVEAL! GUYS...I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN LAST MUCH LONGER...

I'm with you, pal! No Zelda or Mario can top my anticipation for THIS! But damn, is it going to be a long time till we actually play it. Hope they don't spoil us too much

But man am I excited and ready to back the sh*t out of this project! I won't even need to read or see anything to do this :D

Re: Conker’s Big Reunion coming to Project Spark April 23rd

Just finished the First episode. It was......OK. Was kind of bland and boring, sadly. Some lag(Xbox One version, I dont know about the PC). I don't think I will get another episode. If you're a Conker fan, I would give it a go, just to try it out. But in the end, it will just kind of annoy you and ...

Re: Do you think there's more than 2 playable characters?

A third playable character in Project Ukulele like Banjo-Tooie did with Mumbo, would be excellent if done right. They could do a transition like from B-K to B-T: Establish the duo first & make the most popular side character playable in the sequel. That way, it would be a nice surprise & ad...

Re: What platform(s) do you want to see Project Ukulele on?

In my opinion it doesn't really matter if it comes out on PC first or not as long as PU comes out on all consoles. I'd love to play it on day one in front of my TV. Yes, I could run it on my pc & connect it to the TV as well (+ linking my Pro Controller to it), but I prefer the plug&play ve...

Re: I'm Playing Banjo-Kazooie...

You need BK XBLA, not N&B. N&B + BT just gives you blueprints from a community competition in N&B. Oh really? Jirard from The Completionist said that you need N&B in order to enable the communication between BK & BT. Without, you won't be able to get the ice key, for example. So...

Re: Will these characters be able to transform??

What they should really take care of by the way is that the transformations don't only serve for like, two purposes. I remember that I was kind of disappointed by Terrydactylland. When I turned into that awesome Daddy T-Rex, I only had to do like two things... scare of a caveman and jump on one butt...

Re: I'm Playing Banjo-Kazooie...

It really isn't expensive on xbla and it's very good value for money as it will take you ages to complete. Even if you DID have an n64 I wouldn't recommend that route, last time I looked a tooie cartridge is going for between £60-£100 The only downside with the XBLA version of Tooie would be that S...

Re: Smosh is a big fan of B&K + How do we spread the word?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=untLD6z6aqI You guys should just watch that video. And there's literally nothing negative that came out of it. Oh, and I've also mentioned a couple times somewhere, that JonTron NEEDS to make video of Playtonic/Project Ukulele, for example, of him playing the alpha/b...

Re: Things that you DO NOT want in this game.

I don't want... - A GTA-like mini-map with mission/objective markers I want to sign that. That would be my only worry for this project, because a map would totally destroy the pure exploration that was present in the Banjo games! Players would fall into a hurry to just sprint from spot to spot, whi...

Re: Most favorite world from BK and Tooie, and most wanted themed world in Project Ukulele?

I always loved Jolly Rodger's Lagoon . It was a cute town near the see (well, in B-T it looked rather like a deep lake, ) that seemed like a real place. I loved strolling around and just enjoying the atmosphere in this one. But after a short time, I've seen enough and had to dive down in the ...

Re: Kickstarter Rewards, Ideas?

An art book would actually really interest me, especially if it contained beta concepts and designs they ended up scrapping. I agree, I'm interested in ANYTHING that shows the development process or behind-the-scenes. Beta art, concept art, mini-documentary, snippets in the audio recording booth, w...

Re: Cut scenes

I loved the cutscenes in the Banjo games. They should make them skipable though (by holding a button till a circle runs full or something, but nothing brief that could get activated by accident). Also, I hope they will be created & played in the engine... Makes it so seamless. But I guess this w...

Re: Poll:Best Kickstarter Reward?

Wait. Why is the soundtrack behind Amiibos? And the N64 replica cardridge? Next to the actual game, I consider it to be the most valuable thing in this project! Remember: It's being made Grant Kirkhope, Steve Burke and David Wise, which couldn't become anything else than amazing!

Re: The Kickstarter is coming, what is your unpopular wish for the stretch goals or rewards?

Hmm... hard to think of unpopular wishes. I guess some will might be rather popular... Stretch goals: - Low poly graphics option (as mentioned in another thread - Online Multiplayer! - Weekly challenges! - More production value! Rewards: - Signed stuff by the amazing team. On anything, but obviously...
