The thought does make me cringe a little, but hey - it's a revival of the old RARE humour. Maybe we all need to lighten up and embrace our inner child. There might be fart bubbles, but there WILL be innuendo too, so it will appeal to all audiences.

I hope Playtonic doesn't take this personally, but I think Potty humour is incredibly juvenile and even as a kid, I never liked it... one of the reasons I never picked up either of the Conker games...

That said, if it is done with the correct amount of maturity, such as Kazooie's egg laying and Lanky Kong's Inflation technique... It might work? Maybe... possibly...

I have big doubts in this case, just because I don't really have any idea what a 'Fart Bubble' is supposed to be in the first place.

Yeah that was the only part of the kickstarter that made me go "wait... what? ... nawwww."

In the end I trust em though.

Adding a voice to this one. It's pretty much the only Kickstarter point that put me off the game.
I mean, come on guys, nostalgia is one thing but some stuff should be left well in the past where it belongs.

People often mistake a lot of Rare's humor (especially in Conker) as "mature" when in fact the point is that it's "inappropriate". Farts, giant breasts, hidden penises, and graphic violence are all alike in that they make prudish people go "oh my word!" and that's where a lot of the humor comes from. Subverting expectations of what is appropriate in a game about cartoon animals.
