@Alph: you basically take the opposite approach that I had, it's interesting. We prioritized the porting differently. What I did was first make the game as good as possible, include as much of the optional content so that we get as good a game as possible. Then I included the goals to port that game to other consoles. Instead, you first made sure that the game is available everywhere, even if it's a bare bones game, and then you added all the little game enhancements. Maybe it's a more sound strategy, from an economics point of view: first make sure that it sells as much as possible (make it available to more people), and only then worry about making it as good as possible.
I assume you didn't put PC as the base goal because they said that they're making it for PC anyway even if the Kickstarter fails, but I think they'll still put it as the main goal.
