If I had to guess, they'll probably go with a horizontal orientation for the artwork, and they'll probably use it for the box art for the 64-bit edition pledge rewards, packaging them similar to how N64 games were packaged.

Even if they ever publish the game on a digital format for WiiU, PS4 and Xbone. I would like a horizontal design too! It wold give the game a diferenciator even from a single glance at it!

May 1st will definitely bring something new -- I expect screenshots. There's no way they would let the Kickstarter anniversary pass without some sort of update.

The impression I got from the DK Vine interview was that the ToyBox is not quite ready yet... so I wouldn't expect that for another month or so.

They just on Twitter that they don't have any plans for the exact day of the anniversary. So nothing on the first, sadly.

I mean, May 1st is a Sunday. Playtonic rarely posts on weekends. And they'd near certainly rather be working at the office together for the big reveals.

Well, when I read that tweet my first thought was.
"Andy read the Forum again, because of the exact day statement".

Anyway let's see what they have in store for us. They are still working on my new to be favourite game, so they can take their time.

We all want it to be great, and some weeks more or less won't harm any updates.
