Trailer looks awesome :) my only worry is the background from glacier world, for tribalsta
Ck tropics its fine, like flying plattforms everywhere and the whole theme,.. ...but in glacier world It didnt looks massive, like also a flying big platform surrounded by clouds,... Wish it was grounded and a feel of an endless landscape, like all levels in banjo,.. sry for bad english, greetings from germany

So watching it again, I LOVE how the game is turning out. Just a couple of things I would like to improve a bit.

A new animation for the double jump. It looks kinda weird and dull, seeing the same jump again after the first jump.

Yooka's voice sounds great, but his mumbling during dialogue trees is a bit off... Stabilising the pitch a tiny bit, and shortening each of his voice clips as he speaks would make him sound better, because at the moment, the very end of each of his mumbles are constantly interrupted by new ones every time his opens his mouth, and it's kind of annoying. They're too drawn out for now. Make them shorter!

Other than those too, I have no other complaints. Looks amazing. ;)

Great to hear from a lot of non backers too.

Can't stop watching the trailer. Seems to be doing great.

They said Yooka is very thoughtful and level-headed, to contract Laylee's impulsive happy spiritedness. I'd say it fits.

I'm very curious is the worlds that we saw in the trailer were already expanded, or those were just their first forms? Also I'd like to know if it's basically 25 pagies and 100 quills on the first time to a world, and then another 25 pagies and 100 quills on the expanded worlds?

So what is everyone's thoughts on there being no online features? I.e. no multiplater/scoreboards etc.

I guess I expected it and I suppose it makes sense as getting all the various platforms online is probably quite difficult (I presume). Would have been fun though, I think, to play against people on these forums.

A small thought -- I do wonder if we'll get the usual "industrial world." All DKC and BK games had one, but it seems the hub has that covered (see the section with YL swimming underwater). Just saying if the Hub itself is a factory world...
I like the honeycomb aesthetic seen throughout Hivory Towers (tile pattern, doors)

I honestly don't see a place or a need for an online leaderboard.

Oh: Skeleton-traveler-in-the-pot is confirmed a character named Clara. Many including myself assumed this traveler was a male, however someone pointed out the gender as technically indiscernible.
*Snaps* for whoever that was- you were correct.

So we can now assume roasting-over-the-fire-lady is Clara, now iterated into a slightly less morbid situation.

Yooka-Laylee should be its own game with its own feeling. It shouldn't try to be like Banjo-Kazooie, it shouldn't try to be like Donkey Kong, it should be like Yooka-Laylee.

According to Nintendo UK's trailer on Youtube...
Yooka Laylee will run at 60fps.

30 frames or 60 frames doesn't bother me with these types of games, but it's certainly marvelous news regardless, especially for those who prefer smooth framerates.
