GameXplain semi-reviews Yooka-Laylee on Switch

Ash Paulsen of GameXplain has played the first third of Yooka-Laylee on the Switch, and gives his thoughts on it so far, compared to the Xbox One version of the game:

Just watched it before coming here.

I feel out of the three major GameXplain guys, Ash was the most fair to Yooka-Laylee to begin with. Glad he did a sort of "update" review for the game on Switch. He also echoed some sentiments from Piet about the Switch version playing smoother than Xbox even post-patch.

I find it funny that Ash mentions how he is enjoying himself replaying the game: I've played the game at least five times now (just finished another last night), and I enjoy it every time. I don't know how Playtonic managed it, but this game is simply a blast to replay. I think that might be the one area where it beats Odyssey... I can't bring myself to replay Odyssey after getting all of those hundreds moons lol.
