Please bring Ukulele to the Wii U!

Postby banjofan » Sat Mar 14, 2015 10:50 pm

HUGE Banjo-Kazooie & Donkey Kong Country fan here. Been a Rare fan and Nintendo fan all my life, and was heartbroken when Rare was sold to Microsoft, who had the creative genius spent on Kinect. :(

Anyway, Please please please bring this to the Wii U if possible!! That would be absolutely incredible and go with an incredible lineup (DKC: Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8, Super Mario 3d World)

Looking forward to exploring a brand new world, collecting things, and enjoying Grant's AMAZING soundtrack.

Thank you in advance, Can't wait for the Kickstarter. I will be contributing!!

Make it happen Playtonic. Also maybe a stretch goal on said Wii U version could be a cameo appearance of Donkey Kong?

Yes bring it to the Wii U.
It would be one of the best games I'm sure of on the Wii U.

This game absolutely needs to come to WiiU, Nintendo platforms haven't been the same ever since Rare was bought by Microsoft. This is a chance to finally fill in that void.

Might as well reiterate here: Yes, I'd love a Wii U version. In particular, a retail Wii U version.

I think this game would be an excellent fit for WiiU. I'd like to see it on WiiU more than other platforms (mostly because I don't have a ps4/xbone/a good computer). As a figure collector, I think amiibo functionality would be cool. I wouldn't want to see a bunch of game content locked behind amiibos though, I think it would work best as bonus.

We need this game on Wii U. New 3DS too.

Not only do I selfishly want it on the Wii U, but I think people who buy Wii U's would buy this game sooner than those who buy the other consoles.

I have a lot of concerns about the Wii U being able to handle the level size and complexity that this game could have if they used PC architecture to the greatest extent possible. The Wii U only has 1 GB of RAM available for games, that is definitely not a lot in 2015.
