Would you want the main characters to be in Smash Bros 5?

If Project Ukulele is successful and Mr. Sakurai shows interested in the main characters, would you want them? I know Nintendo has never looked at an indie character yet for a playable character in Smash but who knows, even Shovel Knight would fit more then Snake did in Brawl.

Lets look at the positives and negative's of this happening.

Reasons why this could happen
- We'd finally get the replacement for Banjo Kazooie in Smash
- The moveset
- The stages
- The music
- Old "Rare" in Smash
- Nintendo may show tons of interest in Playtonic by the time the game releases.

Reasons why this might not happen:
- You could technically say the Duck Hunt Dog and Duck were the replacement for Banjo & Kazooie
- Indie character
- To new

No, but a Playtonic Universe fighting game is a definite possibility. Rare staffers are always the best at taking a Nintendo concept, putting it through a western blender and making something absolutely amazing.



The old dream could become something close to a reality.

Hell yes I'd love to see them in Smash. Worth it for Grant Kirkhope music alone.

If the game had already been out now, I would be pushing for them as Smash 4 DLC. There's a huge push for Banjo at the moment but I don't really want Nintendo to try and work a deal out with Microsoft.
