On the subject of new faces as well as veterans returning, I'm delighted that a portion of the Kickstarter dosh is going towards a QA/testing section in Playtonic.
That's reportedly the best way to train new talent - in the famous "who killed Rare?" Eurogamer article, the demise of the QA department of Rare was cited as a major reason why the quality started to dip and why the new staff weren't trained in the same way.

Alright... Based on the fact that nothing indicates to old employees at the moment while scanning the internets.
I'd say we are getting 2 new faces that have unknown names at the moment next

Cool to see Dean has 10 years experience at Rare. Sure, he missed the golden years, but I really was expecting some unknown faces now.
His art is beautiful, so if that's what Playtonic needs to make a great game, I'm glad he's being hired.

The eighth member of Playtonic is confirmed to be Dean Wilson, formally of Rare.
http://www.playtonicgames.com/the-eighth-wonder/I suspect there are any more newcomers on the way soon, considering they say there are "new seats" at Playtonic rather than "a new seat".

Two new people joined the team today.
http://www.playtonicgames.com/our-newest-buddy-duo/I know one of them JUST left rare and was a huge banjo kazooie fan. The reason he joined rare was his love for banjo kazooie and during his time at rare he only ever got to work on kinect sports lol

I know people who helped out on Kinnect Sports and I had an interview to work on the minigames but it was so short term I said no... oh and Kinnect!!
Its good to see they are building the team at Playtonic
