Mine came from a mix of Chocho and my name Rodrigo, my brother when he was a baby used to call my father Cho-cho so a friend asked me why we called my dad like that, I told him the same story and he merged my name with it. 
ocho in spanish means 8, so sometimes people write it R8 and there is an audi with that name too hahaha
