I voted Tapatio. Its like tabasco without the vinegar. Its favored by Pacific Islanders and Mexicans respectively.

Get one pound of large shrimp, one tablespoon mayonnaise, two cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of Tapatio.

Pan fry until the liquid reduces by half. Add cooked ramen noodles and enjoy.

So I had Nando's yesterday for the first time in a while and I've realised that I prefer the peri peri hot sauce now. I used to find the hot sauce a bit too hot (I used to get medium).

Am I moving up in the world of spice? Fingers crossed.

I don't know much about hot sauces (despite also being from the American South, lol). Never really got the appeal of just burning your mouth off with just heat, heat, heat.

That being said, in the past couple of years I have discovered that spicy Indian food is amazing. So, if food has heat AND flavor, then I'm all all over it. :P
No, not all Xbox owners are dudebros who love grey-and-brown PvP FPSes. Please feel free to quit stereotyping now.

Tabasco gives that combination of sour and spicy in the tongue. It is like adding vinegar, lemon juice and chillies in one bite. :D

I love the smokey flavor in this [generic] ground Chipotle pepper spice I have. I think Tabasco is more of a "tangy" than "sour" taste, but all tongues are different.
I've been eating pan-grilled, de-seeded, hot yellow peppers w/ Clasico seasoning almost every meal for a month now. I can't get enough of them, I buy at least 20 of them at a time at the grocery store! :P
I eat them with chicken and on burgers, or even just by themselves.
