Yo, after getting my butt kicked repeatedly in Blood Souls and loving it, I'm all for Adorable Dark Souls. I'm gonna keep an eye on this, too.

I really like the look of this. I know almost nothing about Dark Souls but I definitely like adorable games.

It does not really look like it plays like Dark Souls at all. Unless there is a video that I missed, I am simply not seeing it. The most combat that I have seen so far is the mouse pushing a barrel off of a ledge to drop on an enemy. It looks interesting in its own way, but it is no Mouse Souls.

I would be down for a "Mouse Souls," but I do hope that combat gets better. Maybe at least a z-target or something. Definitely looks like a cool adventure game, but if combat is going to be big in it, it would need to be polished and improved. I hope that's what they intend to do.
Yooka-Laylee should be its own game with its own feeling. It shouldn't try to be like Banjo-Kazooie, it shouldn't try to be like Donkey Kong, it should be like Yooka-Laylee.

The creator decided to make this a more puzzle focused prequel.
