Donkey Kong Country's Aquatic Ambiance by Mr Wise is incredible.
Conker's Windy by Mr Beanland is really catchy.
And I love Mr Kirkhope's music in everything, mostly because I grew up playing the games he worked on (and his talent, obviously!).

I have to vote every track from every game.

these are some of my favourites but I just can say that all soundtracks from all rare games kinda legendary and awesome and also the nintendo games from the 64 era.

As if I could ever actually pick favorite music..

I like a lot of the obscure B-K tracks for some reason. Cauldron Keep, Inside Clanker, Bottles' Puzzle Challenge, Twinklie's Journey.... Terrydactyland also grew on me and I've always liked Bubblegloop Swamp. I also like Cloud Cuckooland, but I think this is one of the very few instances in which the instruments serve as a detriment to the overall song; the melody is brought out so much more when it is simply played on piano. I like it much better like that.

I adore DK64 music!! Angry Aztec and Frantic Factory being my favorite locations as a whole.

Gobi's Valley in BK was great, too. I seem to like Deserts.

I have just completed playing through BK the last week finishing today, the song that sticks out the most in my mind is Cheato's Theme when you encounter him ... I have found a half an hour YouTube clip of it, very relaxing

Bramble Blast... I could listen to this song for hours and never get bored of it. It's such a great song and really it just is so relaxing. It's hard not to want to listen to it for the rest of your life.
