FINALLY - Switch release date!!!

The only thing I would love now is to have my backer code the day PRE-DOWNLOAD starts that way I just have to download a bit of information on luanch day!

But if as backers we could get a code like the ones given for review copies early... OH MY KING JINGALING that would be so awesome!

I wonder if they fixed Yooka having two tongues, and if they put the Yooka-Laylee Rap into the start of the Switch game like in Donkey Kong 64.

On Mario Odyssey — I wonder if it may have whet people’s appetites for this sort of game. Personally playing it makes me more excited about titles like Yooka and A Hat in Time

I just checked the Australian Nintendo Switch eShop and Yooka-Laylee is listed under the "Coming Soon" section with a price of $60 (Australian dollars) and the option to pre-order it, plus there is a new trailer video (or at least, it was new to me) set to David Wise's Jungle theme music.

I can't wait for the switch port to come out physically, those cartridges are probably more durable than any of the other systems' discs (and it'll look cute next to n64 cartridges).

Im so happy with the decision of giving backers the ability to not just predownload the game but to play it inmediatly after downloading!

Glad to see something like that implemented as a backer benefit!
