Given the apparent size of the world from the image on the Kickstarter, I'd be surprised if it was added as DLC. It looks big enough to be an entire expansion if that was the case. It would probably be more realistic for it to be used in a sequel. I wouldn't mind either case, though.

The graphic novel looks quite nice.
