I support Nintendo Consoles but mainly 3DS! Also would love amiibo support! Especially if all smash bros. amiibos are compatible. Or that certain amiibos unlock characters like in codename Steam.

There hasn't been a good mario game in a while since Mario Galaxy Series in my opinion. Smash Bros was their last greatest game without a doubt. Mario Kart 8 was also revolutionary and awesome. I'd love it if this series was sooo popular that they actually GOT a character in the next Super Smash Bros Installment whether it be a DLC to the current one or a new character. To me that would be the best.

Wii U is the home for this kind of game. Whether or not it's the leader in console sales is entirely irrelevant. Its the kinds of gamers that game on which consoles that's important here.

I'm all for a Nintendo release, even with Amiibo support! However, I want to say this: Last month, the New Nintendo 3DS XL released and to be honest, I'm wanting to push more with Playtonic's Kickstarter endeavors towards releasing on the New 3DS. Granted, yeah, the New 3DS is similar to its predecessor, but it has a bit of a boost in its hardware. I'm also one of those folks who, like many of you, are Nintendo addicts and have an allegiance to them (fun fact: I sold my soul to them when I was six, when Pokemon Red and Blue came out for GB), but I don't have a Wii U, and it'd take me months, upwards to a year, to fully buy one in the situation I'm in, and I know a lot of people who are like that. So whenever this Kickstarter thing comes out in May, I hope there's a fund option for the New 3DS and Wii U, because let's face it, we're all excited for this, and I desperately want to see Playtonic palling around with Nintendo again sooo in that case, sign me up for this!

Definitely no 3DS. It can get its own sequel or ukelele spinoff later, but right now the focus should be on taking advantage of modern hardware.

I'd like a Wii U port, but if the hardware isn't there for the envisioned ideas, then I'd rather it make use of better hardware elsewhere (minus the Xbone). And it kills me to say that, because I want the game itself to feel exactly like an N64 game.

I absolutely want and need this game on Wii U and hope they can get it on the 3DS too. with cross buy. I would welcome amiibo support as well whether it be their new characters or maybe getting the Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong amiibos to do something special. I would really love to have this game on the 3DS, even if had to be n3DS exclusive. The hardware is so perfect and it really needs a nice 3D platform game on it. I know these guys can get it done.

I suuuuuuuper want this game for WiiU, but I don't think an inferior 3DS port is necessary. Maybe Playtonic can design something for the 3DS in the future, but I don't think it makes a lot of sense for this.
